Health Binge Update

Week #2 was slightly more successful. I went running once and took a yoga class - which is really more than I've done physically in a while, so I feel good about that. Once again, I abandoned the eating guidelines about 3 times during impromptu social occasions, but still consider it a good week. So far I'm down a total of about 2 lbs. and Sara has lost 3.5 - not bad.

Swimsuit season, here we come!
